INGREDIENTS:
2 large sweet potatoes
4 Cavendish banana
2 pumpkin
440ml coconut cream
METHOD:
1. Dice the pumpkin into larger cubes than the sweet potato, as this takes longer to cook.
2. Place into pot.
3. Add the coconut cream until about 1/2 way up the side.
4. Cook until tender. Should only take 10 – 15 minutes depending on the size of the ingredients. Allow to cool, or eat hot.
